In the second installment of a three-part series, OPB reported on
complaints filed by parents with children in the Vancouver Public
Schools, including two families represented by Wiscarson Law. Both
families reached a settlement with the District on special education
issues, including excessive use of restraints and isolation, failure to
follow laws regulating restraints and isolation, and failure to comply
