Judge Orders Medford School District to Reimburse Family

Mail Tribune published an article on August 15, 2022, regarding a triumph by a family, represented by Wiscarson Law, over Medford School District in a Due Process Hearing. The Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) found that the District had violated the Student’s right to a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) between 2019-2021. The District was ordered to reimburse the family $91,223.61 for the cost of sending the Student to a Residential Treatment Center (RTC) in Utah.
