A Civil Rights Investigation into Beaverton Schools

Beaverton School District is being investigated for civil rights violations due to daily early dismissal of special education students. On behalf of Louis Feldman and his son, Diane Wiscarson filed a complaint with the Office of Civil Rights. Louis Feldman and Diane Wiscarson were both interviewed for an Oregon Public Broadcasting report on the issue. The article is available here.
