Issaquah School District Broke Disability Law, says Associated Press

Associated Press reported on an Issaquah School District due process proceeding which resulted in the judge ordering over $170,000 to be paid to the family of a student represented by Wiscarson Law. The district failed to keep accurate records, failed to issue progress reports, failed to provide proper documentation to the parents, and failed to provide the student with a Free Appropriate Public Education (FAPE).
