Job Overview
Wiscarson Law provides legal services for special needs students in public school systems and ensures that they receive the services and accommodations required by law. Our office in Newberg has multiple attorneys and advocates – some working remotely in other parts of Washington and Oregon. Our practice is personal, working with one student and family at a time.

We are looking to hire an office assistant to support office functions, including managing confidential document handling, reception, organizational support to the attorneys, scheduling consultations, and general office duties. Prior law firm or education experience is a plus. The candidate should have a working knowledge of the MS Office Suite, OneDrive cloud services, organizational skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize duties, and have a friendly and pleasant personality.

Hours:

We are hiring 2 part-time employees to work either morning or afternoon shifts. Please specify which time you are available to work.
