Title IX Complaint Filed Against Hood River

An Office for Civil Rights (OCR) complaint was filed in February 2020 against Hood River County School District (District.) The complaint alleges that the District has been discriminating against the girls’ softball team by providing inferior facilities and amenities to the boys’ baseball team. The complaint was accepted by OCR and is currently being investigated.
